11 weeks to 4 months

Yes, we are FINALLY updating our blog page again. Sorry it's taken so long, but after our visit to the West Coast, we had a pretty challenging month trying to get the boys back on their Southeast schedule. The photos below will be of the boys from 11 weeks to present time, almost 5 months old! We can't believe they will be 6 monts old soon!

Here the boys are showing off their "Tummy Time" Skills. Look how much they are pushing themselves off the ground! Good job boys!

I LOVE this picture! It's cute and hilarious! Jackson has that look on his face that pretty much says "Geez Mom, I can't beleive your doing this to me!" I figure I mine as well get as many silly pictures of the boys while I can! Hee Hee.

Here is Cousin Charlie giving them lots of love and also practicing on being a great big brother as he is expecting a new brother or sister at the end of September! Jackson and Carter seem a little uncomfortable, but they love their cousin Charlie!

During out visit to LA, we celebrated Carter & Jackson's 100th Day with family, friends and lots of good food all made by their Halmonee (Grandma Ahn).

Here they are being held by their Grandpa and Grandma Ahn.

Looks Like Grandma Babbitt has her arms full! Look at all the boys (and men)!

Hey, Grand Uncle Kyu! Whatcha got in there? Looks as if Carter is itching for a sip, huh?

These guys got so much love and attention from so many of their Grand Aunts & Uncles. Here they are held by Grand Aunt Kate & Grand Uncle Steve and Grand Aunt Kathleen & Grand Uncle Steven.

Next, the boys got to hang out with their Aunt Julie, Uncle Ed and Cousin Charlie. Below they are Chillin with their Uncle Mike. I must add that we were very impressed with how well the boys did being photo props all day.

This picture with my friends Chuck and Michelle turned out great! almost looks like it could be their kids! Even their outfits match! Ha Ha Ha. Congratulations to both of them! They are expecting their first child at the end of November!

So, I think Carter & Jackson were kinda done with being photo props, but what a sweet picture huh? All the cousins, Jake, Ty, Charlie, Jackson & Carter. That's alot of testosterone sitting there. Whew!

Cousin Ty is proving to all that he is a Big Boy, holding Carter so well!

Isn't this photo so sweet! Cousin Jake is being so gentle with Jackson.

Rachel hung out with the boys one afternoon and was able to tell the two apart by the end of the day. Very impressive Rachel. Who do you have on your lap? (psst....it's Jackson!)

Here is "Happy-Go-Lucky" (that's what we call Carter sometimes), smiling away at CJ's Bachelor Pad.

Hey Jackson! where you going? Carter is trying to keep you from falling!

Excuse me mom, but I got an itch! Good job Carter!

Hey, are you two wrestling or hugging?

Hey Jackson, what are you laughing at?

Dad, what did you do to my hair and can you please dress me now? Jackson's laughing at me!

As we are nearing the end of this month's blog, I will add a few pictures of the new milestone they have reached.

BABY FOOD! YUMMY!
Mommy hasn't perfected feeding us and we haven't perfected eating it yet, but we LOVE carrots!

I thought I did pretty well this round, don't you think?
Yes Jackson, you did good.

I'm stuffed!
Carter did very well also.

AND Last, but not least..............

Jackson & Carter's first day at the Motorcycle Track where they watched their Dad ride around like a speed demon! Notice the free advertisement Kawasaki got that day. Thanks Marti and Tony for the cute outfits!

We hope everyone enjoyed this month's blog! We miss you all and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Weeks 7 thru 10

We can't believe it, but the boys are fourteen weeks today!
Yes, we know that we are VERY behind on our blog, but it is definately not due to our lack of interest, rather lack of time.
So, hope you enjoy the pictures!

Isn't this the cutest picture? It looks like Jackson is holding onto Carter while they are sleeping. So sweet. Wonder how long this will last?

Ever notice how there are so many pictures of these guys sleeping? Well, not only do I love how they look, but it's the easiest way for me to get pictures of them. (Jackson is in the light blue striped outfit and Carter is in the basebacll outfit)

So, most kids happily play under these "Activity Mats" Notice how Jackson likes to fall asleep on them? Already following in his father's foot steps....falling asleep ANYWHERE!

Remember how I told you that it's easier to take pictures of them when they are sleeping? Well, Carter, at least, seems to agree. It sure doesn't seem as if he likes posing for the camera. Jackson is just wondering how he can get that same look on his face.

Wondering what Father and son (Jackson) are doing?................

Watching Monster Truck on TV together. (I better nip this one in the bud before it's too later for my sons!)

I actually got lucky this day and got BOTH the boys to smile at the camera! YEAH!!!!! (Carter is on the left and Jackson is on the right)

I have to say that this is my FAVORITE picture of Carter so far. Nate is holding him and singing the alphabet to him and Carter Loved every letter!

Now that I had a great picture of Carter smiling, I was on a mission to get one of Jackson smiling and he really came through with this great gummy grin!

I knew it was a bit premature, but I couldn't wait to see what the boys thought of their "Bumbo" chairs!. I was thinking they were getting so big so fast, but after seeing them in these chairs, I realized how small they still are. Can you guess who is who here?

Here is Liz, one of my close girlfriends from LA visiting and helping out with the boys. Here she is with her arms full! Look how easy she makes it look!

Here, the boys are ten weeks old! Can you believe it? They recently found their fists, which they love to munch on, as seen here, but the best thing is that they just started acknowledging each other. Here they are making eye contact, while slurping on their fists. I must tell you that it is amazing to me how much they slobber while slurping on their fists.

As most of you all know, Nate's tradtion of going to Catalina Island every Memorial Day weekend has ended due to the fact that he got married and then had twins. Yes, you all can blame it on me. I can take it.
This Memorial Weekend, we went up to Nashville where the boys met their Great grandmother for the very first time!

I think that it is evident here that the boys will ALWAYS be surrounded by women. Here they are being admired by their Great Grandmother and Grand Aunts, Juen, Kate, Jenny & Sue.

Here Carter is giving Grand Aunts Juen & Jenny a Great Big Smile!

I know that all the Aunts meant well, but I think that Grand Aunts Kate & Jenny may have been the reason why the boys did not sleep well that night!

The boys had a Double treat this Memorial weekend! They got to meet their Uncle Mike!

BAD! BAD! BAD! Uncle Mike!!!

On a "Hike" with their Mommy!

Like Father, Like Son! (This is Carter already sleeping like his father)

So Cute! Thanks Great Aunt Sue for our cute outfits!

Well, that's the last of the photos that I have had a chance to upload. Most of you will be seeing us and the boys pretty soon here and we are very excited for our visit to the West Coast. We still can't believe we have twins, can you? You would think it would have sunk in by now. Ha Ha Ha.
Hope you all enjoyed the picture and hope to see you all soon!

Three to six weeks and growing!

Ever wonder what the feet of a three month old baby looks like? Well, here you go! Aren't they sooo cute? They are actually considered to be on the large side for three week old babies. I just want to gobble them up

Jackson and Carter's Aunt Samantha, Aunt Andy, Grand-aunt Sue and Grand-uncle Mikey came to visit form Nashville. Grand-Aunt Sue is seen here making those funny faces that all "elderly" people do to babies and Aunt Andy is kindly keeping her distance as she was getting over a cold. Aunt Samantha is looking pretty content with a baby in her arms. Thanks for visiting!

Lisa, our friend from San Francisco, was our first visitor, outside of family. Here she is feeding Carter, looking like a natural! Hee Hee

Here are the boys napping together AT THE SAME TIME! YEAH!!!!! Not something common during the day. The mittens are on to protect their sweet little faces from their nails. (We had a few friends inquiring about these silly looking things). By the way, can you tell who is who? Jackson is in the red and Carter is in the yellow outfit. Were you right?

We can already tell that Carter is going to be very involved in school. Here he is trying to tell us that he really does know the answer to our question. Too bad he can't talk yet.

So, remember those mittens I told you all about? Well, I decided I was tired of them and decided to brave a day without them. Well, Jackson scratched is face pretty badly and this was his Dad's idea of "Tending" to the scratch. (Poor Jackson)

This is what happens when I leave Nate alone with the kids for an afternoon! Milk Drunk or Beer Drunk? Hmmmm, I wonder.
Obviously leaving ALL three boys alone together is NOT a good idea already!

Now, I don't know if you all heard, but our boys' plumbing work VERY well (Thank goodness), but they are definately not very subtle about it. Here is some of the faces they make while they are going about "Doing their Business". Let me just add, that this is NOT something they inherited from their mom.

Now, I hate to bragg, but Jackson is very good at Yoga ALREADY! Here he is doing the "Platform" pose and looking quite proud of himself for doing it so well.

Now, there have been quite a few people arguing with Jackson and Carter's mom about who is who. Their mom thinks that it is VERY clear who is who, but I must admit that in this picture, they look pretty Identical. Once again, Jackson is in red and Carter is in yellow, but you all knew that by now, right?? Ha Ha Ha.

Uh-Oh! Carter is getting tired! I guess we need to wrap this up, but I will leave you with one more image first!

We can't believe it but our boys are already six weeks old! Carter looks pretty happy about this and Jackson seems to be taking it very seriously!. Don't you think they look different now? Also, notice how their eyes are a Bluish-Gray color? Their mommy is keeping her fingers crossed for them to inherit their Daddy's green eyes! Everyone, please think Green eyes for them!!
